This is the photo of their new HDB flat. Was previously staying in an old 3-room HDB flat. Helped him to upgrade to a brand new sales-of-balance 3-room HDB flat at Woodlands. This was basically a transfer of the previous funds from the old flat to the new flat. His current flat is now fully paid.

The couple is in their late 30s. They are a family of 4. Helped them sell their 4-room HDB at Jurong. They then bought a 3-room condo located right next to Queenstown MRT station.

Helped this couple sell off their HDB flat for more than $1 million dollars. This was the view from their HDB flat. Used the proceeds to upgrade to a private condo.

Case Study #14: From 5-room Woodlands HDB to Pasir Panjang condo
Helped this couple to sell their 5-room HDB flat in Woodlands. It was on the market for 3 months with no takers. I took over and it was sold in 2 weeks. It was the nicest HDB flat I ever seen. I believed I could find someone like me who will like the place just as much. The flat was then sold at record price. Helped them to upgrade to a condo at Bukit Panjang to enjoy the greenery and peace there. When I met the owner at his new place, he was riding his bicycle right below his house to the cycling trail.

Sold his EA at Pasir Ris with more then $100k negative sales. He understood that there was no way to chase back the negative accrued interest. Helped him to upgrade to a 4-room condo at Pasir Ris with seaview with installments well taken care off. Applied a small trick to bring down monthly installment by 10-20% directly after a few months. A family of 5 in their 40s that has been trying to upgrade and gave up many times due to not being sure of what to expect.

A family in their 30s with 2 kids. Helped them sell their HDB at Clementi and buy a condo at West coast. Their monthly installments of more than 15 years is well taken care off.
