Is property over-supply real?

Many have been talking about this controversy.

Is it real?

Let us look at the figures. For the next three years, the number of properties that are going to be ready is honestly a massive amount.

What about after that?

Do you see that in the year 2019, only 4117 units are going to be ready?

Under-supply of Units 

What does that tell you? Under-supply?

When it under-supplied, what will happen to the prices?

How long is the holding time frame that you are looking at when you purchase a property? A minimum of four years due to the seller’s stamp duty?

So, if you purchase next year would you be able to sell in time when there is under-supply?

If in 2019, you need to sell and you need to wait for four years after you buy before you can sell, when should you be buying? It should be 2015, right?

What Should You Buy?
